These Clouds

The roaring of the clouds,
Somehow speaks to me,
Narrates a tale of suffering,

As the lightening strikes the ground,
It somehow warns,
To stay away from those mighty clouds,

Circling over my head,
Throughout my life and beyond,
They have grown and endured with me,

And so when I cry tonight,
Let those tears fall,
Let go of those feelings,

These clouds shed their baggage with me,
Let go of the burden they had been carrying,
And let the rain fall to the ground,

These clouds know me,
They are my companions,
My mates for eternity.
